[opensuse-wiki] Translation work in progress server.

Number of translators and translations is growing ! It would be time to think about moving their work in progress to dedicated wiki for instance translations.opensuse.org. Articles can be grouped in categories by language (Category:<language>) or some other way, which will make administrative job easier once translation is ready to go. That will make en.opensuse.org easier to maintain too. -- Regards, Rajko.
