[opensuse-wiki] To Language-Wiki Sysops: IW Template

Hello, please use the 'IW' template for linking to other languages for the pages which are listed on http://en.opensuse.org/Translation_Team as required to be translated and hence existing in every wiki - especially the welcome page! Currently not all language wikis do so which makes adding a new language to the most important pages of all wikis quite difficult / impossible.
