That sounds interesting. It would be good to have dynamic content like that on portal pages. Maybe we could also have a section for "Most Wanted Articles", so that others can see what articles could be written to enhance that category.
The dynamic will be as much hands can type in the begin, but yes that would make difference to never changing index page. Even the index can be enhanced with some sort of new articles.
