Thanks for taking Freek's advice and updating the page. I accepted revision and removed cleanup notice. While notice was correct considering our policies, article is small enough to fit on a single wiki page, and notice is just confusing people. In general if you find similar outdated articles you can either update it, or, if you have no time, leave cleanup notice, saying that article is outdated.
