Which refers to: http://en.opensuse.org/SUSE_Package_Conventions/Init_Scripts Which doesn't exist. The dummy page you see there contains one valuable hint, where the information went:
http://old-en.opensuse.org/SUSE_Package_Conventions/Init_Scripts
That doesn't change the fact that almost the whole first page of google results for a basic term are broken.
The opensuse wiki was cut back, and only those pages that were taken care off and properly reviewed and updated survived in en.opensuse.org -- Also the new http://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Packaging_guidelines#Init_scripts refers back to http://old-en.opensuse.org/Packaging/SysV_Init_Script This apparently calls for help. cheers, JW- -- o \ Juergen Weigert paint it green! __/ _=======.=======_ <V> | jw@suse.de back to ascii! __/ _---|____________\/ \ | 0911 74053-508 __/ (____/ /\ (/) | _____________________________/ _/ \_ vim:set sw=2 wm=8 SUSE LINUX Products GmbH, GF: Markus Rex, HRB 16746 (AG Nuernberg) SuSE.
