[opensuse-wiki] If you see "In Review"

If you come across articles that say "In Review", disregard it, and treat it as "Reviewed". At least if its from me. I have reviewed so many that I lost track of what I have done. It would take me just as long to find the articles. In other words, it would be counter productive for me to go looking for them. I marked them this way back when I first started, and didn't quite get the process. I should have just marked them "Reviewed", as I was done with them when I marked them "In Review".
