Hello, I am happy to implement whatever solution the wiki team wants, whether it is the mediawiki email, a custom plugin that you guys build, or no email at all. Just open an enhancement request in Bugzilla with the details. Frank is telling me that e-mail notifications for changes in wiki pages are turned off on purpose.
This is unfortunate because I am really interested in all changes to a particular page, and checking the page or the watch list by hand all the time is not an option. I am happy to help to build a wiki->hermes connection, so that change notifications go to Hermes and thus can be consumned as mail, RSS or whatever. That probably would also ease the sysadmin requirements.
