enstage is fixed in the meantime, but it's still at version 1.17. Tom, Matthew, Scott - can you give some details what was broken, and switch enstage to 1.19 again? BTW: Will you be at the openSUSE conference? We could discuss (and, if needed, debug) various technical questions there ;-) Regards, Christian Boltz --

Hi, I have no access to the staging system, so I don't know why the update was reverted. But I also think we should switch to 1.19 again (or whatever is the latest release) and work on fixing the issues.

I'll be there :-) Greetings -- Thomas Schmidt (tom [at] opensuse.org) "Don't Panic", Douglas Adams (11.03.1952 - 11.05.2001) -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-web+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-web+owner@opensuse.org

Matthew, Scott - any news on the wiki update? Will you be at the openSUSE conference?

Who else is interested in discussing (or debugging) technical wiki stuff at the conference? Please speak up NOW ;-) If it's only Tom and me, we can discuss it without scheduling (the famous "hallway track"). If more people are interested, we should schedule a BoF ;-) Regards, Christian Boltz --

I'm interested in learning more about our wiki as whole, so knowing the background stuff won't hurt I guess and this would be a perfect chance to do so. -- Marcel Kühlhorn freenode: tux93 Have a lot of fun!

What is preventing online "BoF" some weekend like Saturday [1] using G+ communication capabilities? It can be up to 10 people in a video discussion at the same time which is good enough for wiki talk. We can have one scratchpad per topic and medium (text, graphics, spreadsheet, in Google docs (pardon drive) and it will look like we really have a meeting. [1] Friday is for extracurricular activities, Sunday is before work day. GM (golden middle) is Saturday. -- Regards, Rajko. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-web+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-web+owner@opensuse.org

I would be willing to do this the Saturday after next. As you probably know, I'm not the primary support on the wikis anymore. However, since I set up the current architecture, I would be happy to discuss it :-) -Matt

This make one more.

I wish I know, but it seems that some news missed my mail box. So, who is in charge now, and what is your role?

Scott is the primary on the wikis now. I know he has been working on upgrading them to 1.19, although I'm not sure what has made him revert to 1.17 in stage. I'll ask him when I get a chance. My role is now to work on more general infrastructure things, such as the load balancers and access management systems. I'm also the backup on the wikis.
However, since I set up the current architecture, I would be happy to discuss it :-)
Ok.
It sounds like next Saturday is sounding good so far. Do we know who else is interested? -Matt

See the separate mail about the BoF.

Saturday usually works for me. I'd prefer a time you can call "evening" or "late evening" in Europe.

What about "I don't have a video camera or a microphone"? Additonally, I don't use G+. What about good old IRC? ;-) Regards, Christian Boltz -- [RFCs, Etikette] Ich weiß auch dass ich vor einigen mails dagegen verstoßen habe.
