Hi,
I am not sure whether I am sending to the right place or not.
When I'm searching software in software.opensuse.org, there seems to be an error when the package is available in the official repo.
The error information is:
:"zh-CN" is not a valid locale
If the package is only available through unofficial repos from OBS, the package information could be displayed correctly.
However, if it's available in the official repo, this error will show up.

Confirmed.
But it didn't happen everytime..so may be hard to get it tracked down.
But yes, it's out there sometimes.
Maybe Henne or Thomas can help you with that
(Sorry I've been suffering from a network loss, so I can't help more at this moment)
