[opensuse-web] Wiki - Portal:Documentation - some articles

Hi, there are some (bad) links to (obsolete) articles on the https://en.opensuse.org/Portal:Documentation. I'm preparing Czech version of the portal, but I'm in doubt what have to be kept and what not. Examples: - Migration to a new openSUSE version (latest 11.3) - Siga (what? latest 11.3) - Lessons for Lizards - Linux in a Nutshell -- Jan Papež (honyczek) -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-web+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-web+owner@opensuse.org

This is more upgrade to a new openSUSE version. Some parts are still valid, some not. It should be updated, or some other link provided.
- Siga (what? latest 11.3)
Dead for a long time. Removed from portal. Not that we don't need such tool, but it is questionable will it work this days with all the changes in distribution.
- Lessons for Lizards
Died before it was born. Removed from portal. Problem is that contributors would have to write article in some kind XML format (Docbook?), which is not the best way to attract people. The reason for this was to make possible to create different output formats.
- Linux in a Nutshell
It's a book. At the time first version of documentation page was written, in the old wiki ( http://old-en.opensuse.org ), books were used as source of information :) This particular title was excellent intro, and not that expensive. -- Regards, Rajko. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-web+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-web+owner@opensuse.org
