Hi, probably after MediaWiki update there are redundant boxes (Search, Toolbox, Languages) in Wiki sidebar. Interesting problem :-/ - and indeed, saving MediaWiki:Sidebar (without any changes, and therefore without an entry in the version history) fixed it.
