[opensuse-web] Unify favicon on all openSUSE sites
www.opensuse.org , software.opensuse.org and build.opensuse.org are using three different favicon images. They should be changed to the same image. The size of favicon.ico can be enlarged to 32px to support HiDPI screen. Even bigger icons can be used inside HTML <head> tag.
