[opensuse-web] Garbled characters on frontpage

Ah, this is an encoding bug! I had no german umlauts in mind when writing the newsfeed agregator. I will fix this issue ASAP. I fixed the issue in SVN trunk. @Mike: Please update the openSUSE frontpage from SVN and do not forget to run the fix_permissions.sh shell script afterwards. With the next execution of the "refresh news" cronjob, the issue should be gone. You could also speed this up a little visiting the URL which is called by the cronjob: http://www.opensuse.org/rss_client/refresh_frontpage_news.php Please leave a short message in this list to inform us when you deployed my update.
