[opensuse-web] Problems with software.opensuse.org
Hello, on http://software.opensuse.org/ is at bottom link "Official openSUSE 11.3 Start-Up guide" leading to http://doc.opensuse.org/products/openSUSE/opensuse- startup/ but this ends with Error 404. I tried it in Czech and English version. Right should be http://doc.opensuse.org/products/opensuse/openSUSE/opensuse-startup/ or might be http://doc.opensuse.org/ Is anyone able to fix it? Is this really a problem? The ui should automatically use your browser's preferred language. On the other hand, You can have for whatever reason set locales to for example English, but still wish to have the web in another language. From opposite site: I do not see reason for removing that functionality... Is it so big wasting of space or technical problem?
Greetings

Many use cases for this. Translator looking for something to help with, will probably take a look on current online offer, translate stuff and then look how to submit that. On which locale is set his browser (computer) has nothing to do with the stuff he is looking for. User living in one country with computer set to that locale, but looking for docs for his relatives that are somewhere else. Rajko, looking for docs for his friend that speaks English to some extent, but docs in native language will help. Both computers are set to English, but he doesn't need that docs. Setting server to automatically show docs in language that browser is set to is good, but manual redirect must be provided. Otherwise we need crystal-ball- mod, or telepathy-mod so that server can provide what is asked for. -- Regards, Rajko -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-web+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-web+help@opensuse.org

We added the language selection again now, some flags are still missing. One question... is it possible to translate Downloads - Support - Community - Development (just those words, not the whole menus) of the wiki? The translation of it is shown on software.opensuse.org but not on es.opensuse.org Thanks, -- Javier Llorente

Thank You very much for adding this feature. I have only little problem with it: the Czech flag is wrong. The blue triangle should extend to the middle, see attachment and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Czech_flag#Dimensions
