The alternative is marking such pages as obsolete or not maintained.
Instructions to do this are eluding me. It might belong on https://en.opensuse.org/index.php?title=Special%3AAllPages&from=&to=&n amespace=104 but I'm not finding how to put it there.
Indeed, moving those pages to the Archive: namespace is a good idea - thanks Vinzenz for explaining how to do that. Additionally, you should add the "Obsolete" template at the top of the page to make it clear that the page is outdated. See https://en.opensuse.org/Template:Obsolete for the template and how it looks like. You'll need to add something like {{Obsolete|11.1}} ("11.1" will replace the "{{{1}}}" part you see in the preview) Regards, Christian Boltz -- [how to name installation sources / repositories / catalogs / channels]
I add mine, +1 for repository. If you are looking for something new, try "(software) directory". Or to be even more innovative: Make this a configure option in YaST. [>> James Ogley, > Karl Eichwalter & Robert Schiele in opensuse-factory]
