Hi,
recently I've encountered opensuse-community.org wiki, but I don't understand, which role it has?
I don't unterstand that either
It's content seem to be rather duplicating, eg.:
https://en.opensuse.org/Restricted_formats http://opensuse-community.org/Restricted_Formats
Wy do we as team waste our sources?
I've noticed that openSUSE Project teams use openSUSE Wiki to manage themselves.
That was also my impression. But the Wiki should also be open for the users of openSUSE, to learn more, to find informations about distibutions, applications, repositories, package management and so on or find help.
Is somebody using opensuse-community Wiki to manage himself?
My impression from the last years was that there nothing happend. And in addition: Here is the definition of the openSUSE Project: https://en.opensuse.org/Portal:Project "The project is controlled by its community and relies on the contributions......" The openSUSE wiki is the source of information about the openSUSE project and distribution. It seems that with the openSUSE community wiki we have a community within the comunity and its own wiki. Who should that understand.???
What's purpose of opensuse-community Wiki?
This is a vary good quastion. -- Best Regards Wolfgang openSUSE Member DE-Wiki-Team -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-web+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-web+owner@opensuse.org
