[opensuse-web] [OSEM] Users dialog for roles-selection

Hi, are there any imminent plans of fixing the bug in the users dialog? (https://github.com/openSUSE/osem/pull/134) Yifan wants to try out OSEM and create a new conference there, but without the roles-selection dialog I am not able to give him admin rights, so that he can do so.
