[opensuse-web] https://en.opensuse.org/SDB:Pm-utils is obsolete

I've never had a laptop, so never have used pm-utils. I went looking for its replacement in order to answer a forum post: https://forums.opensuse.org/showthread.php/534341-YaST-partial-install-and-R... I looked at https://doc.opensuse.org/documentation/leap/reference/html/book.opensuse.ref... but it doesn't make it clear to me how $SUBJECT ought to be updated to provide a proper pointer to whatever should take its place.
