hm. not *proving* anything yet, but

rpm -qa | egrep -i "xen-4|kernel-xen" kernel-xen-2.6.37.1-4.1.x86_64 xen-4.0.2_02-102.1.x86_64

i've a DomU, also 11.3, same kernel version.
