Before spending a lot of time trying I thought I ask.

Has anyone tried to sync Raspbian repositories and manage Raspberry Pi clients with Uyuni?

If you mean onboarding Raspian/RPI OS as salt client this is something I am interested to work on. I think we need a client tool repo specifically for raspian and the related mirrored raspbian repo for the build I will keep you posted it's still work in progress
