Still not seeing my expected outcome. I do the delete and it removes it
from the uyuni server, but it doesn't re-enable the old repos and salt is
still on the systems. What all is delete supposed to do?

Hi Len,
Each client’s System page has a “Delete system” link top-right. There’s also an option under the Overview tab to delete all machines in the SSM.
Uyuni will prompt you if you wish to remove installed software on the client when removing it this way, or whether you just want it removed from Uyuni’s config with no changes on-client. (At least, for Salt clients added via Bootstrap)
