I am in the same dilema. I did a clean install on a couple of desktops and the install went flawlessly, but my two main machines have too many 'custom' software and configurations to really wipe clean and start again. It seems that there will be more changes of locations of files going on for quite a while, as everyone trieds to agree on just where things "ought " to go ...
