Re: [SuSE Linux] Finished install- now a couple of questions
What green lizard? I've never seen a green lizard in my kde... I'd actually like to see what it's about... On Sat, 10 Oct 1998, Ben Skelton wrote:
Congratulations to SuSE on a simple install process.
I have a couple of questions though regarding system configuration.
First, I use KDE - how do I get rid of that green lizard that sits on top of my active window?
The aliases declared in /etc/profile have disappeared. Env variables declared there seem OK. Anyone know what's going on? (I use bash)
Thanks in advance. --Ben - To get out of this list, please send email to majordomo@suse.com with this text in its body: unsubscribe suse-linux-e

You can turn if off by: 1.) go into yast 2.)go into System Admin->Change configuration file 3.) At the end of the list find "KWM_GIMMICK_PIXMAP" 4.) erase the entry there and it should be gone -mike - To get out of this list, please send email to majordomo@suse.com with this text in its body: unsubscribe suse-linux-e
