New PC with new install of Suse 8.0 - the AMD Motherboard has an onboard Network chip. modprobe sis activates the chip ok, but when I attempt to set up Networking I am getting SIOCSIFADDR: No such device eth0:unknown interface: No such device. etc etc Can anyone suggest where to look for a solution ? Have I left something out of the kernel. ? Brian Marr
