[opensuse] Re: 11.1 yast2 ncurses sysconfig editor is still broken

I was avoiding manually editing the file because IIRC a manually edited file takes that file out from under SuSEConfig's control. I don't have a list of all the files it applies to, but I do recall it being an issue [God knows how long ago].
Somebody current will have to let us know if it still works that way.
it never brake things really. If you change a config file (application one), yast may refuse to change it afterward (was the case a very long time ago, don't know if it's the case now), but changing sysconfig openSUSE ones can't break anything for YaST, given it reads these files to know what to do. You just may have to run SuSEconfig to make the changes applied jdd -- http://www.dodin.net http://valerie.dodin.org http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t-eic8MSSfM http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1412160445 -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
