[opensuse] Dark theme forced on XFCE

I hate dark themes, I can not read things. The borders are so dark that I don't know where a window ends to catch the border with the mouse. But the thing is, if I go to settings/Appearance and choose a light theme such as Aswaita or Clearlooks, or Crux, the tittle bar of the windows stays dark. Is this a bug?
