I know someone answered before, but for the life of me I can't find it in the list archives or google, etc. Where does SuSE store its RPMs? I know where apt stores its stuff, but YaST seems to be eluding me. I think it was in some "mnt" named folder, am I correct? Thanks in advance for dealing with my redundancy. Steve

I'm not sure, but I'll bet you could find something in one of these: dsauer@danny-pc:~> find /var/ -type d -iname 'yast*' 2>/dev/null /var/adm/YaST /var/lib/YaST2 /var/log/YaST2 I'd note also that you're probably thinking of /var/adm/mount, which is where the install media gets mounted if you're installing off of a media that's not "a local directory". --Danny PS: for D in `find /var/ -type d -iname '*yast*' 2>/dev/null`; do find $D -name '*.rpm'; done

Almost :) Well at least if you're looking for this: Try -> /var/lib/YaST2/you/mnt/ You can find more info in the online manual, btw...
Thanks in advance for dealing with my redundancy.
