Good day, Thunderbird seem not to like my dsl service provider namely telkomsa.net. Keep giving me to confirm this certificate. I already marked it as to accept. What to do to get rid of this annoyance please. Thanks. Regards, Johan Sch -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

There used to be a plugin called "Remember Mismatched Domains" but it has not been maintained and is not compatible with the current release. Which version of Thunderbird are you using? -- _____________________________________ At one time I had a Real Sig. It has only 2 options. View and Get certificate. It seems that since thr=e latest update it comes up once when pc startup. Probably got to live with that. BTW the view certificate reveals that it expired 2009. You can always retrieve a certificate with the openssl command, at least for HTTPS, IMAP, and SMTP connections. # SMTP w/TLS openssl s_client -starttls smtp -connect $HOST:25 -crlf # IMAP w/ TLS openssl s_client -starttls imap -connect $HOST:143 -crlf # IMAP over SSL openssl s_client -ssl3 -connect $HOST:993 # HTTPS openssl s_client -connect $HOST:443
