Newbee-Eagle-usb driver for adsl modem
Hi, does anyone have instaled Eagle-usb adsl modem drivers inside suse 9.2 with success? What are the right steps? I installed them for my usr 9000 as I did for Mandrake distro by "untar and make make install" commands with ver. 2.0 of Eagle-usb driver but I can't browse to any directions and virtual eth01 haven't any ip address even if adsl usb modem seems to works. Thanks in advince for any help Evaristo

I have a src rpm package for SuSE 9.2 (1.1Mb) that works well with a friends pc. I can send it to you if you contact me off-list . I have modified the source very slightly because of a problem recognising SuSE within the configure.in file. I've contacted eagle about this weeks ago but I don't think it has been fixed yet. I think my friend's adsl modem is a Sagem 800. There are two binary packages built, one of them is a kernel module so you will need to rebuild it for your current kernel. That is very easy using the spec file. Geoff
