[SuSE Linux] HELP MAN PAGES BROKEN
regards to all, Sorry to yell in the subject line, but panic fills me :( Yesterday night I try to install the version 1.0.0 of GNOME from their site to do this I builff glib and gtk version 1.2.0 from gz archives not RPMs Then I download and installed all the rpms from their site as I had an annoying warning coming from ldconfig, so I remove the line /usr/i486-linux-libc6/lib/ from /etc/ld.so.conf !! Now when I type man csh for example I got a segmentation fault message, what did I broke ?? How ?? and how can it be fixed. I have to say that it seems that xman is working properly. Any help/clue/tip will be greatly appreciated because I read the man a lot and cannot use xman ( not convenient at all ) regards to all, GH Portefait -- "Computers are like air conditioners - they stop working properly when you open Windows" -----BEGIN GEEK CODE BLOCK----- Version: 3.1 GCS/CC d-@ s+:- C++(++++)UL++>++++ P++>++++ L++>+++ E-W+(++) N++ !o K- w !O M(++) V? !PS !PE y+ PGP+++ t+ 5?
