I know this has been discussed, but darned if I can find it - and I have searched (under the wrong terms, obviously). My SuSE 9.2 system was working great, then I ran YOU, and now I'm missing most of my audio. Xmms works, almost none of the kde system notifications do. I recall reading that there's an update that needs to be backed out, but I don't remember the details. Can someone give me a pointer? IIRC, dl the src.rpm for alsa and rebuild it on your box, then reinstall. -- Patrick Shanahan Registered Linux User #207535 http://wahoo.no-ip.org @ http://counter.li.org HOG # US1244711 Photo Album: http://wahoo.no-ip.org/photos
