What web browser works when check outlook for web access mail
I have tried Mozilla, Firefox, opera, and the built in web browser, but I have having troubles getting anything to play nicely with Outlook for web mail. I can login ok and read messages, but when attempting to create a new message, the to, cc, and bcc buttons are not clickable. Only way to send a mail is to remember the full internet mail address, which is not easy. Work uses it, so it is the only way to check my mail from home or on the road. The exchange server at work is exchange 2000 and I am running Suse 9.1 Pro. Thanks in advance Rob

To what application are you referring? Cheers, Leen

The problem is the use of IE specific java / javascript code for buttons which isn't supported by other browsers. Regards Mark

I don't know about all that, but I use Firefox 0.8 and am able to use Outlook Web Access just fine with my university email account. Part of the problem could be the Outlook server that you're trying to access. Web Access for Outlook can be pretty touchy/picky on a server.

Earlier, in the last few weeks, it was mentioned on this list that the Ximian Connector software was available for free download. Using this you ought to be able to use Evolution as your e-mail client, perhaps a check on the Novell/Ximian site? Mike
