[opensuse] How to use Bluetooth under KDE4
As you would like to use bluetooth headsets under KDE4 like I do here's the reliable recipe as told to me by a collegue that I tested and verified: o start thhe gnome-bluetooth applet (bluetooth-applet) o find the wanted device, pair and connect o install pavucontrol AND pulseaudio-module-bluetooth. o start amarok o in amarok somewhere under configuration search the button for sound configuration and click it. => move pulseaudio to upmost position there. o start pavucontrol o switch the bleutooth device to voice or a2db mode in one of pavucontrol's tabs (the pulldown menu lists the supported modes) o play music in amarok o switch to firat tab in pavucontrol o via the pulldown menu in pavucontrol switch output from internal sound system to the bluetooth device. enjoy Philipp -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
