I did it on my 7.3 machine and only got:
harrycg@linux:~> /sbin/fdisk -l Cannot open /dev/hda Cannot open /dev/hdb harrycg@linux:~>
hda is my windows drive. hdb is where Suse is installed. Am I missing something?
Sounds like you didn't run the command as root plug in the camera and turn it on (my camera and computer both make beeps) open a shell su your root password /sbin/fdisk -l (the letter L) that should do it
