If I run the graphical version, it ALWAYS hangs after retrieving the package information from the mirror (any mirror). If I run it in text mode, I can install the updates 1 out of 5 times, and that one time, it usually hangs after installing the packages ... I had to kill the process y2base taking 99.9% of CPU ... Even after rebooting, I still get the same behaviour. Is there anything (lock files, directoriews, etc) I should look at clearing ? I get 1400 lines of logs in /var/log/Yast2/y2log just by starting yast2 online_update ... then another 2900 lines when I click "Next" ... --Coutch
