This sort of thing shouldn't be left up to the individual client. It makes enforcement very difficult. Your office should get a proper routing solution

This email is a keeper!! I am in a unique situation with a wireless broadband connection where it would behoove me to limit my bandwidth when doing large downloads.... This really does the trick.
