Hello, Thanks for the help on my last post. I've switched over to Gnome and when I went to run YAST I got an error about can't find host...I logged back into KDE and it worked fine. (crazy!) I figured it out though I went and told the dhcpcd options not to get a hostname and to use my own. Then I edited the /etc/hosts file and added my host name etc.. It then worked. Now the next time and ever since I can't run Yast, I know get this error. "Gnome SuperUser: matches found authority file "dev/fd/62" not written. Thanks for any help.
