have you checked the http://sourceforge.net/projects/susefaq for the SuSEfirewall2 manual. Ps. make sure you have secured Webmin before allowing acces to it externally. -- Togan Muftuoglu Unofficial SuSE FAQ Maintainer http://dinamizm.ath.cx

For the sake of interest, how do one do that?
ie. use https instead of http, restrict access by allowing certain ips' to connect or use ipsec are some possibilities -- Togan Muftuoglu Unofficial SuSE FAQ Maintainer http://dinamizm.ath.cx

I can't setup via IP address since my #@!# provider - ADELPHIA INTERNET - took away static IPs. Won't https only protect the information transferred and not the actual server? How would I use ipsec? - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Tom Nielsen Neuro Logic Systems, Inc. 805.389.5435 x18 www.neuro-logic.com
