I am looking for a good book on Linux networking. I have a
Suse 6.3 Linux
server which is running an on-demand dial up net connection which can be used by my Windows client machines. Sendmail and Samba are also running OK.
There are two books from O'Reilly which will do the job. You only have to pay for one of them.
Using Samba can be downloaded from the O'Reilly site as a PDF file. The other one is "Ethernet - The Definitive Guide". Even shows you how to wire up the cables. ISBN - 1-56592-660-9. Price is $44.95.
My review of this book will be out in May in the UKUUG newsletter
