Is anybody else having problem with the x86_64 packman sources. Yast does not refresh the package list, I only get old sources which do not exist on the server. I have tried http://packman.iu-bremen.de/ http://packman.rsync.zmi.at/ ftp://packman.rsync.zmi.at/ ftp://ftp.gwdg.de/pub/linux/misc/packman/ and none of them work. Any help would be appreciated and I do not like the idea of using apt, as it is a little bit too flexible and can screw things up.

su y2pmsh source -a ftp://ftp.gwdg.de/pub/linux/misc/packman/ Please copy and paste the output

There was no output and it worked, the sources are now refreshed. Could be a bug in YaST ? Thanks for your help.

I have same problem but not just with Pacman: with all. Yast doesn't refresh. I delete rep. and than add new(same) one and works. And later if there are something which i want to install...delete...add... Mitja P.S. Synaptic works.

same here (openSuse 10.0 RC1 x86-64). But it's not necessary to delete and re-add: Just select "Bearbeiten / Ersetzen" (Edit / Replace ?) and confirm without changing. Do this for each entry in the list .. Regards, Burkhard
