Re: [SuSE Linux] Diamon Stealth 3D 4000
Just got a machine in that has an AGP 4MB Diamond Stealth 3D 4000. Went ahead and set it up in XF86 as an Steal 3D 3000 (using SVGA) and it works ok in 8 bit color. However, we want it to run 1024x768 16 bit color. Setting it to 16 bit color results in black screen (the monitor never shows signal). Is there any native AGP support available? - To get out of this list, please send email to majordomo@suse.com with this text in its body: unsubscribe suse-linux-e

Best performance will be with the next version of AccelX, of course 4.1 supports that card now. I think that SuSE's X-servers support AGP in some flavours.
