Just came across a source of cheap tested used HDD's. My initial app is for a HDD to which to dump the contents of a desktop and laptop prior to installing 9.1. After that I am thinking of stacking a couple in a Raid array. Any reason to prefer one of these models over another, or to avoid any of them entirely? I understand that they are not cutting edge technology or the fastest things out there but they do fit the budget! I would not mess with anything as small as those drives. I get oem drives ( 80 gig) for $80 or so . I bet if you look around you can find some 20 to 40 gig drives for about the same you see those drives at. jack
