[SLE] Do we get real encryption next time?
Will the next release of SuSE English have 128 bit (formerly "US domestic") encryption? Will there be a SuSE RPM for that soon? I hate having to install by hand. Not to be harsh, but I don't forsee this happening any time soon. I think it was Juergen who pointed out that it's more about licensing (RSA) than about export laws (though laws *do* come into play). -- -=|JP|=- Jon Pennington | Atipa Linux Solutions -o) jpennington@atipa.com | Kansas City, MO /\\ 816-241-2641 x107 | http://www.atipa.com _\_V -- To unsubscribe send e-mail to suse-linux-e-unsubscribe@suse.com For additional commands send e-mail to suse-linux-e-help@suse.com Also check the FAQ at http://www.suse.com/Support/Doku/FAQ/

You can add 128bit encryption yourself with 'fortify', which is included on the SuSE cd's. -- Yatsen Ng yatsen.ng@brunel.nl Den Haag, The Netherlands It said "Needs Windows 95 or better".
