I've been seeing this behavior myself for a week or so. Probably 30% of my repo updates fail with similar errors, always on the oss update repo.

yes, but all mirrors are updated at the same time. I seldom see what you experience and believe it is from having several site listing in each or most repos. refreshing does take a little longer.

you can continue to experience update errors or try something different, your choice. I made mine.
