I am getting this error from the update repo OSS for Leap 15.2: File './repodata/7ea45c97ce169211ef944d6a0ff15f92049a2cbe6044f4d7b79874eff8915eaf-primary.xml.gz' not found on medium 'http://download.opensuse.org/update/leap/15.2/oss/' Are there alternative repositories? -- Carlos F Lange Gaúcho nas Pradarias https://sites.google.com/site/carlosflange/

Unable to reproduce - I'm just now patching my laptop, seems to work fine. Maybe try running "zypper refresh --force". -- Per Jessen, Zürich (17.4°C)

Thanks for checking, Per.
It worked now on both machines, after having that error for the whole day yesterday. Anyway, I will keep your "--force" hint for the next time. -- Carlos F Lange Gaúcho nas Pradarias https://sites.google.com/site/carlosflange/

I've been seeing this behavior myself for a week or so. Probably 30% of my repo updates fail with similar errors, always on the oss update repo. -Nick

Isn't MirrorBrain supposed to handle all of that? -Nick

Yes, that is exactly what mirrorbrain does. http://download.opensuse.org is the definitive download source. -- Per Jessen, Zürich (23.3°C) Member, openSUSE Heroes

yes, but all mirrors are updated at the same time. I seldom see what you experience and believe it is from having several site listing in each or most repos. refreshing does take a little longer. you can continue to experience update errors or try something different, your choice. I made mine. -- (paka)Patrick Shanahan Plainfield, Indiana, USA @ptilopteri http://en.opensuse.org openSUSE Community Member facebook/ptilopteri Photos: http://wahoo.no-ip.org/piwigo paka @ IRCnet freenode
