Dear All, I have the same problem as in the following thread. I can solve my problem as described in the thread, but I don't understand the meaning of doing that. If I run echo 0xfeffffff > /proc/sys/kernel/cap-bound what will it affect to the entire system? I have mail server and AV running on my machine.
