I don't know if this has been brought up since I'm new to this list. I recently purchased a copy of Suse 9.0 Professional. I have a Toshiba Satallite 5105-s607. I've installed various versions of linux on it including Mandrake 9.3 and Suse 8.2. In every version my Orinocco Gold wireless card has worked perfectly. However in Suse 9.0 the card finds the access point, it eve gets an ip address, but it it's repopulating the /etc/resolv.conf file to reflect the dns servers the dhcp server is handing out. If I plug the ethernet card in then the resolv.conf file is repopulated correctly. If I reboot to Windows the wireless card works flawlessly. As i said it's getting an ip address (and a correct one) so I know that it's able to get to the dhcp server and as I've said this same card worked fine with Suse 8.2. Any help is greatly appreciated.
