Greetings, I can't find the autocad equal for Linux. I have played with it before but can't remeber what it is called and googling doesn't help because I can't remeber what it was called. I know the one I am looking for is GPL Please could you list the one you know I will recognise the one I am looking for Thanks guys -- Chadley Wilson Redhat Certified Technician Cert Number: 603004708291270 Pinnacle Micro Manufacturers of Proline Computers ==================================== Exercise freedom, Use LINUX =====================================

Try going here: http://www.google.com/linux and enter the search 'gpl cad application' If you can't find the specific one you're looking for from following a link on the first page, I'll eat my hat! On Tuesday 26 October 2004 9:49 am, Chadley Wilson wrote:

http://www.tech-edv.co.at/lunix/CADlinks.html As for an EQUAL with Autocad, erh, I don't know of anything that has all the bells and whistles that Autocad has and is GPLed. If you're in that sphere, and using CAD to make money, I'd rather spring for ProE on Linux. I noticed on the list that Blender has a CAD extension. I'll have to try this out. -- BMO
