How do I use antivir and spamassain? Is it a gui or all command line? Antivir in windows is gui.

Under Yast hard ware info, my cpu shows up twice. Also in xosview it shows cpu0 and cpu1. Why do I have two showing, is this why my system seems slow. I have a 3.0Ghz P4.
