no more Kile packages for 15.3?

I just found kile 2.9.23 in the 15.3 main repository.

Ah, that is interesting. I was going by the info in the software.opensuse.org search page, which informs us that for Kile: "There is no official package available for openSUSE Leap 15.3" Thanks for pointing out this discrepancy.
